Rory Somers is a Seattle-based trumpeter, composer, and improviser working in jazz and improvised music. He is joined by drummer Ethan Horn, guitarist Cole McKittrick, and saxophonist Coen Rios for an evening of original compositions and collective improvisations.
Coming through the UW Improvised music program together, the four have explored wide ranges of music-making, from acoustic chamber jazz to electronically affected improvisations.
