Coen Rios presents a set of original compositions and freely improvised music, as a final showcase for his graduate degree at the University of Washington.
Coen Rios is a saxophonist and composer, specializing in jazz and improvised music. Pacific Tribute is an intentional homage to the geography and people that Coen grew up around, going through original compositions, while blending in electronics and visuals to the performance. The group is composed of musicians that he has shared the last few years with musically.
