9:00 PM – Future Spells is an experimental, ambient project made up of Luna Moss members Char Easter and Dan Blossom creating dreamscape vocal textures on electronic dub beats. For this performance, Blossom, known for his sublime guitar soundscapes, will be creating in Ableton Live. Expect unpredictable patternless paths that lead to a hypnotic tranquility, and a guest dancer, on occasion.
8:15 PM – Six00 Salad Bowls has been snaking its way through the landscape of time offering a fresh listen to the written words of Helena Rogers. While these words are usually striving to find their way atop the beautiful cacophony of her current trio Student Nurse, she is here inviting you to be able to clearly hear each word while they are sometimes spoken sometimes sung over a bed of scintillating computer-based electronica tracks composed by herself in collaboration with John Rogers and Eric Muhs (also of Student Nurse). This minimalist approach is sure to please the aurally-fatigued masses!
